Refund policy

We hope you utterly love your Bisous products, however if in the unfortunate case of their being fault or damage to a product please contact us!

Unused products may be returned with in 14 days of receiving the item(s), however please ensure all original packaging is available and remains unused.

In the case of you wishing to amend or cancel an order please contact us immediately. We will do the best we can to make the amendment or cancellation, however if the order has already been processed and is out for delivery we will be unable to do so.

Where the products have already been delivered to you, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days after the day on which we receive the returned products, or (if earlier) within 14 days after the day you provide us with evidence that the products were returned to us.
